FAQ

How does the courier service work?

Send us a message through the Courier form. We will contact you by email, organise collection and explain the next steps.

How can I check my repair status?

Our online repair status system is currently being developed. We aim to send an update by text within 5 to 7 days. If you hear nothing, please contact us with your repair ID, as the phone number may have been recorded incorrectly.

What if you cannot answer my call?

Please send us a message with the device model, the fault and what you would like to know about the repair or price. You can also email us or contact us through social media. We return calls when we can, but may not be able to answer immediately when the shop is busy.

Can you help set up my phone or remove a virus?

We can help with phone setup, data transfers and malware removal. This service starts from £25 per hour. Please contact us to arrange a day and time so we can help you in the workshop.

Do you offer repairs at my home?

We do not provide domestic outcall repairs. Devices must be brought to our Rugby workshop for assessment. On-site technical support is available for business customers only.

Do you repair water-damaged devices?

Yes. Bring the device to us as soon as possible. Do not charge it, switch it on or use a hairdryer. Keeping it switched off and bringing it in quickly gives the best chance of recovery.

What devices do you repair?

We repair phones, tablets, laptops, PCs, games consoles, TVs, HiFi equipment and other electronics. If you are unsure, contact us with the device model and fault.

Can I collect my device with a receipt?

For security, please bring your collection receipt. If you no longer have it, we may ask for the phone number on the repair, a description of the fault and the agreed price before releasing the device.

Is there a diagnostic fee?

For complex or unknown faults, a £20 diagnostic assessment may apply. If you proceed with the repair, the full £20 is deducted from the repair price. If you decline, you receive a transferable £20 voucher for future repairs.
